[Web] Add and Reduce Total Stock Ingredient / Item

To use the Stock/Inventory Management feature, then the important thing you should do is to enter the ingredient / item every menu is served. Make sure you’ve created an ingredient / item category to make grouping easier. In Meeber POS there are two ways to manage the stock of ingredient/item, namely through Meeber POS mobile application and website dashboard.

Instead of proceeding it through Meeber POS application, you can also set the ingredient/item via Dashboard. Previously you have to access the website Meeber POS at https://meeberpos.com then log in the account by clicking Sign in at the top right of the website. In the sidebar on the left, select Master Data. Here’s how to increase and decrease the amount of stock ingredient / item through the web dashboard:

  1. Select Master Data menu
  2. Click Itemitem
  3. Click Master Data on the left and select Item
  4. Click Transaction on the menu you want to increase / minus the amountitem transaction
  5. On the Ingredient/Item Stock Transaction Form’ page click Add Item / Stock Transaction
  6. Select In when you add the amount of stock to the storage. Select Out when you reduce the amount of stock from storage
  7. Enter a description of the price and amount
  8. Write down the information if necessary
  9. Enable Set Price as Current Price if you want the price entered to automatically update cost all the menu using the ingredient/item:item transaction
  10. Then click button + Add Item / Stock Transaction
  11. Click Close

In addition to the above steps you can also change the amount of stock/inventory in the following steps

  1. Select Master Data menu
  2. Click Itemitem
  3. Click Master Data on the left and select Item
  4. Click + Transaction Itemadd item transaction
  5. In the Item Name column select the ingredient/item you want to change with the existing dropdown click

  6. In the status column, specify whether the ingredient/item is In or Out from storage
  7. Enter a description of the price and amount
  8. Write down the information if necessary
  9. Enable Set Price as Current Price if you want the price entered to automatically update cost of all the menu using the ingredient/item
  10. Click Save
