[Web] Adjusting the Amount of Stock Ingredient / Item

To use the Inventorty / Stock Management feature, then the most important thing you should do is to enter the ingredient/item every menu served. Make sure you’ve created an ingredient/item category to make grouping easier. In Meeber POS there are two ways to manage the stock of ingredient/item, namely through Meeber POS mobile application and website dashboard. Instead of proceeding it through Meeber POS application, you can also set the ingredient/item via Dashboard. Previously you have to access the website of Meeber POS at https://meeberpos.com then log in the account by clicking Sign in at the top right of the website. In the sidebar on the left, select Master Data.

Managing stock ingredient/item in a restaurant business is not entirely easy. Often conditions in the field do not match the calculations we set at the beginning. It could be because the food is more easily rotten or stale and the usage is sometimes not appropriate so it makes us have to regularly monitor the quality and quantity of all ingredient/item. For that you need to do is:

  1. Select Master Data menu
  2. Click Item

  3. Click Master Data on the left and select Item
  4. Click Adjustment on the right of the Item

  5. In Ingredient/Item Stock Adjustment Form’ enter the latest stock amount in the ‘Actual Stock Quantity’ column

  6. Add Note if you want to annotate the subject of stock/inventory updating
  7. Click Adjust Stock/Inventory on the bottom left

  8. On the ‘Adjustment Confirmation’ page click Save
  9. Click Close

You can monitor the adjustment history/update stock count in the right column by setting the time/history period
