The Void Reason feature can assist you in recapitulating the refund or void data performed on the order page. Actually, you can directly enter the description of the reason when the cancellation/void occurs. You can also specify the name/category of complaint by setting up at the beginning. Here’s how to add Void Reason:
- Select Master menu
- Click Master Void Reason
- Click icon (+) at the right
- Write down the reason of the cancellation
- Click Done.
